Job responsibilities

Responsible for the assembly, commissioning and quality testing of supercharging modules, charging piles and energy storage systems to ensure compliance with production standards.

Operate production and testing test equipment, complete the production stage test of charging piles and charging modules, and record and feedback test data.

Participate in the investment and acceptance of charging stations, daily inspections and maintenance and testing, and perform practical tasks of on-site test products.

Maintain production and testing equipment, assist in optimizing the assembly process, and ensure the efficient operation of the production process.

Job requirements

Educational background: college degree or above, major in mechatronics, electrical engineering and automation, electronic technology and other related majors; Holders of electrician certificates and other professional qualification certificates are preferred.

Technical characteristics: be able to understand circuit schematics and assembly drawings, and be familiar with the operation of common electrical tools and test instruments; Understand the hardware structure and charging process of charging piles, and have basic troubleshooting capabilities.

Work experience: more than 1 year of experience in new energy equipment assembly, electronic component testing or on-site operation and maintenance; Work experience in mass production lines of charging piles or familiarity with OCPP communication protocol is preferred.

Core literacy: rigorous and meticulous, with strong quality awareness and safety awareness, and able to strictly abide by production specifications and operating procedures.

Salary

The monthly salary is 6,000-12,000 yuan, and skill allowances and attendance awards are set up according to skill level and performance fluctuations.

Supply chain supervisor: Build a global supply chain system for industrial electronic components, connect upstream and downstream resources, and control procurement costs and delivery cycles. Establish a supply chain risk prevention and control mechanism.

Job requirements

Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in new energy, electrical engineering, supply chain management and other related fields; Master's degree is preferred for R&D supervisors.

Technical and management capabilities: Proficient in the core business in the field (R&D / Production / supply chain), familiar with industry standards and management processes; Requirements analysis, resource coordination and project management capabilities can promote the implementation of complex solutions.

Work experience: more than 5 years of work experience in the field of new energy or industrial electronics, including more than 2 years of team management experience; Experience in fast charging piles, optical storage and charging integration projects or supply chain system construction is preferred.

Core competencies: have strategic thinking and overall awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills and team leadership, and be able to withstand certain work pressure.

Salary
