       Chizhou Yunzhong achieved the mass production of 10μF high-capacitance MLCCs with 0805 package (2.0mm×1.25mm) in the second half of 2025. This achievement relies on three core technologies: first, independently developed ceramic powder with high dielectric constant, which lays the foundation for high capacitance; second, overcoming the technical challenge of controlling the production of ceramic films thinner than 2μm while meeting the high-precision requirement of stacking more than 400 layers, thus realizing the balance between volume and capacitance; third, ensuring stable product yield through a full-process quality control system.
